Return Policy All sales are final. Once an order is placed you agree that I do not accept returns.

Shipping Policy: LovelysCreations31 is Not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged during shipment.  Please refer to your tracking number provided from USPS for status 

If the package is sent back this is due to an insufficient address. To have item sent back to you please include your full address. An additional shipping fee will be added.

If an address mistake was made the consumer has the opportunity to fix their address by sending their information to lovelyscreations31@gmail.com

LovelysCreations31 is not responsible for insufficent addresses submitted by the consumer.

Full Payment is required in order to process your order and processing time will start after payment is received. If your order requires an expedited time frame a fee will be applied. 

At any time at the owners, operators and/or agents of Lovelycreations31 may determine, at their discretion, to cancel an order due to current supply and/or availability. If such cancellation occurs, the customers order will be refunded in full via the payment method on file and a notification will be sent to contact on file.
